Producer Al Ruddy has been wanting to adapt “Atlas Shrugged” since the 1970s. Now the organization behind the recent film series has engage him to do preliminary work for an “Atlas Shrugged” TV mini-series. The series may extend for 15 episodes. Ruddy’s credits include “The Godfather” and “Million Dollar Baby.”
