US District Judge Anna Brown, of Oregon, calls the right to international air travel “sacred.” Brown says switching to other kinds of transportation could impose “significant logistical, economic and physical demands on travelers.” She wants new rules so that passengers are given notice of their inclusion on the no-fly list as well as a straight forward way to challenge the decision.
